What is "brioche, brioches"?
A ‘brioche’ *(f) is a type of bread dough enriched with milk and eggs, and traditionally baked in the shape of 2 balls, one on top of the other, in small fluted pans. Brioche dough may also be cooked in a loaf.
The singular and plural forms of this word are pronounced identically.
