How do you say "Guide Michelin" in French?

The ‘Guide Michelin’ or ‘Michelin Guide’ is restaurant and hotel guide published annually which rates restaurant and awards Michelin Stars based on the experience of their anonymous inspectors.

• One star means “very good cuisine in its category”
• Two stars mean “excellent cuisine, worth a detour”
• Three stars mean “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey

When the guide comes out each year, there is a frenzy in the world of fine dining. Chefs are desperate to know whether they have finally achieved their first star, been promoted, or demoted.
