What is "Loughton"?
Loughton is a town in Essex, England.
A neutral vowel at the end of ‘Lought o n’ also known as a ‘schwa’ is very prevalent in English. It is the sound of the ‘e’ in ‘the’ and the ‘uh’ sound in ‘a’.
