How do you say "Mozzarella di Bufala" in Italian?

‘Mozzarella’ is a cow’s milk cheese, essential to pizza, lasagna and other Italian dishes. You will also find mozzarella made from buffalo milk, called ‘Mozzarella di Bufala’. Be very careful when using the Italian phrasing to remember that ‘bufala’ ends in an ‘a’, and not in ‘o’ as in English. Italians find this mistake hilarious, which becomes clearer when you see that a ‘bufala’ is a female buffalo, and a ‘bufalo’ is a bull!!!!  

Buffalo mozzarella is more delicate than cow’s milk mozzarella.
