What is "Pinot Noir"?
Pinot Noir is a red grape variety which is principally associated with Burgundy. Pinot Noir also refers to wines made predominantly from this grape. It has a reputation of being difficult to grow, but makes superb wines with a raspberry, cherry bouquet.
