How do you say "Provence, à la Provençale" in French?

‘Provence’ is a region in the South West of France, with a Mediterranean coastline, and bordering Italy to the East. À la provençale describes dishes inspired by the flavours of Provence – olive oil, garlic, and tomatoes are key. You will also see food, architecture and furniture etc described as ‘provençale’. As far as gastronomy goes, Provence has given birth to many wonderful dishes, including ‘bouillabaisse‘, ‘bourride‘, and ‘ratatouille‘, ‘tapenade‘, and the anise flavoured liqueur, ‘pastis‘.

Provence is also justifiably famous for it’s seafood, lamb, and it’s fresh produce, in particular tomatoes, courgettes, and aubergines.
