|What is "Sugo alla Bolognese"?||
‘Sugo alla Bolognese’ is ‘Bolognese sauce’ – the sauce traditionally served with ‘spaghetti bolognese’. It is made with ground beef, (traditionally ground pork is also added), carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, wine and garlic, and cooked for a very long time. Sugo alla Bolognese is also referred to as a ‘ragù‘ in Italy.
