How do you say "xérès" in French?

‘Xérès’ *(m) is the French word for ‘sherry’. Sherry is a fortified wine, and has a protected status – only wines produced within a specified area of Spain are allowed to be called ‘sherry’ (jerez in Spanish). Please click on the link for more information about sherry.
